We are happy to exchange apparel items within 7 days of your merchandise delivery date. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Sea Moss Gel. Leather and Lavender Boutique does not pay for return shipping cost. Some of our items are one-of-one, which means they cannot be replaced with the same product. We do not issue refunds. We exchange only. Exchanges on orders that have completed payment and shipped, is based on our sole discretion. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your tracking number.
